When the situation warrants, we have adopted the practice of using pure value billing in which charges are based on the level of expertise and the quality of the contracts required. Fees related to pure value billings are always discussed prior to service.

Our Business Philosophy
The nature of development work often makes it difficult to anticipate the full cost of services. If the client wishes to do so, Bandwidth will work with the client to establish maximum charges for each phase of the development based on estimated hours and expenses in the agreed upon plan of work. When accepted, the client will have ceiling costs for each phase, including consultation time and services, any subcontracted costs, or other out-of-pocket expenses which may be involved.
Bandwidth Services serves a broad range of corporate, associations, institutional, non-profit and governmental organizations at all levels. The work preformed and the services rendered for these groups are diverse. The cost for these services is based on a careful assessment of time requirements for satisfactory assignment completion in consultation with the client. Depending on the nature of the work, retainers, variable hour billing, fixed cost, and prorated monthly billings are used for time and services. Out-of-pocket expenses are charged separately for reimbursement at cost plus 10%.
